Job Summary

The job description includes, but not limited to the following:

•   Develop good professional relationship with customers and provide education on wine and food pairing
•   Maintain wine cellar according to company standards
•   Ensure appropriate storage of wine for clients and restock it as required
•   Maintain display shelves and ensure appropriate labeling of all bottles and vintage according to company policy
•   Administer efficient distribution of wine to various parts of the restaurant for service
•   Coordinate with the F&B Coordinator to plan and execute all merchandizing policies to maximize sales and profits
•   Ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction for all clients
•   Maintain appropriate appearance for job

Job Requirement/Skills

•   Candidate must be very confident and able to approach guests from all walks of life
•   Candidate must be very creative
•   Candidate must have very good influencing and selling skills
•   Candidate must be able to clearly communicate in the English language. Proficiency in French will be added advantage
•   Candidate must be very smart and always appear clean and professional

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of SHS certificate with 2 years working experience in hospitality or a sales-related role
