Job Description

• The ticketing agent would perform activities related to: issuing land and air tickets, excess baggage, ground travel arrangements including tours, cashing additional fees, deposits, refunds, offering special services for passengers with physical disability, penalties under the tariff notes etc.
• The ticketing officer would provide ticketing services to passengers according to their options. They would also provide ticketing service to corporate offices and top management.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A diploma is required as well as 3 years working experience.
• Applicants must have good customer service skills.

Salary: 900 - 1200

Location: Tema
