Job Vacancy For Trade Sales Manager At Societe Generale Ghana
Societe Generale Ghana Limited, your preferred banking institution and market leader in the financial services industry in Ghana with countrywide representation, is seeking to recruit a Trade Sales Manager to develop the Bank's international trade products, build new relations with existing and new customers and monitor and report the market conditions of the SME/Corporate Markets.
Key Result Areas/Scope of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of the International Business Center, the successful person will be required to:
• Promote and drive sale of international trade product and services of the Bank with the aim of developing new business while deepening and maintaining the relationship with existing trade clients.
• Source and develop SME/Corporate customers for international trade transactions and prepare sales action plans and strategies that will drive SMEs/Corporate customers to use the bank's International trade products.
• Negotiate with SME/Corporate clients and develop transaction dynamics to address their international trade financing needs.
• Monitor and report on the bank's international trade sales activities and that of its competitors as well as the general market conditions of the SME/Corporate Market
• Maintain excellent customer service with the SME/Corporate customers and improve on the management of the relationship between the customers and the bank.
Qualification Required & Experience
• First Degree or its equivalent professional qualification, a Master's Degree will be an added advantage
• At least 4 years operational experience in International Trade
• At least 2 years Sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of UCP600, URC and Swift rules and regulations
• Working Knowledge of Bank of Ghana policies and procedures related to International Trade and Foreign Exchange Management.
• Should be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Should show evidence of sales planning, pipeline management and strong sales orientation.
