Trainees - Licensed Cabin Crew

Qualification Required & Experience

• Hold a valid Ghanaian Cabin Crew License from an approved ATO by GCAA
• Minimum age of 21 years, maximum age of 28 years
• Hold a valid GCAA Medical Class 2 certificate
• Swim at least 25m length
• Minimum of 5 feet 5 inches tall without tip-toeing

Competencies (knowledge/skills/abilities)

• Good communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to remain calm in emergencies or when dealing with difficult passengers
• Diplomacy and tact
• Good colour vision and hearing
• Ability to work in a team
• Provide active leadership whilst on duty, both on and off the aircraft
