A private security services is seeking to recruit Transport Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport and Fleet Management
• Oversight of Driver Services
• Fleet Maintenance and Servicing
• General Administration and Management

Qualification Required and Experience

• HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Transport/Logistics Management
• Valid driving license not below Grade D
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in transport operations management
• Able to manage a fleet of 100 vehicles nationwide
• Ability to drive light vehicles and valid driving license
• Able to review alternative options to select most cost-efficient mode of transport & mechanical staff
• Able to lead the transport & mechanical staff
• Able to work in and promote a team environment
• Good communication, analytical & negotiation skills
• Good independent judgment & decision-making skills
• Computer literacy in word and Excel
• Creative & innovative approach to solving problems
• High energy level and multi-tasking skills
• Familiar with conditions of routes and roads in Ghana
