Job Description

•   Implementation of Transport policies approved by Management i.e. strictly adhering to fuel filling mechanism;
•   Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently;
•   Ensure repair/maintenance functions are timely expedited;
•   Keep record of company’s fleet of vehicles;
•   Schedule roles of drivers, cleaners and mechanics;
•   Arrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re-certifications of vehicles.
•   Submit regular and comprehensive timely report to the HR Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First degree in management or equivalent
•   At least 3 years work experience in handling Transport services, of any reputed organization.
•   Proficiency in computer usage Word, Excel, Power Point.
