Department: Operations
Reports to: General Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•   Plans, coordinates and supervises the administration of the transport operations
•   Plans deliveries by organizing truck loads and routing schedules
•   Coordinates delivery, repair, procurement and recovery of trucks
•   Diagnoses and repairs vehicles and equipments
•   Perform inspection and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipments
•   Prepares and maintains records and reports

Ability to

•   Follow written and verbal instruction, including manufacturers service specifications
•   Diagnose mechanical problems and make or recommend necessary repairs
•   Plan in detail with effective communication skills
•   Coordinate with contracted trucking dispatchers and drivers
•   Prepare and maintain records and reports

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in BSc Mechanical Engineering
•   5 or more years experience in a similar role
•   Skills in the use of machine tools, operation of equipments for fault diagnosis
