We are leaders in the Automobile industry. We are seeking for resuits-oriented and self-motivated Auto Mechanical Engineers for the post of Workshop supervisor for Trucks.

Reports to Branch Parts and Service Manager.

Foton Vehicle Workshop Supervisor: Duties and Responsibilities

• Highest priority is to coordinate workshop activities and personnel to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supervise the servicing, repair and maintenance of vehicles
• Diagnose technical problems and advise on corrective repair work.
• Improve workshop productivity by continuously monitoring the performance and efficiency of technicians
• Take responsibility ot vehicle support for warranty and technical reporting
• Assist in determining needed spare parts and tools
• Identify training needs of workshop staff

Qualification Required & Experience

• 1. A bachelor of Science degree in Auto mechanical Engineering with minimum of five years hands on/working experience or HND in Mechanical/Auto Electrical Engineering with minimum of six years hands on/working experience in service department i the Truck industry.
• Applicant should be result oriented, meticulous, flexible and have initiative.They should be able to work systematically and be computer literate.
