Due to the award of a mine development contract at Ahafo for the Subika Underground Mine and subject to Newmont's Board final approval, AUMS is seeking expressions of interest for up-coming work in Ghana from suitably qualified applicants to fill the following role : Underground Supervisor Trainers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum 7 years underground mining operational experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
•   Must have experience with and understand requirements of high speed development.
•   Must have Underground Supervisor's Certificate of Competency.
•   High level understanding of drilling and blasting techniques.
•   Understands equipment, human resource capabilities and mine plans.
•   Understands mining techniques and the ability to optimize mine production.
•   Provides guidance and demonstrated experience training personnel to a high standard In service work and blasting operations, both development and production.
