Key Responsibilities

•   Fulfilling objectives and directives from contract management
•   Motivating ,organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
•   Management of warehouse & distribution in line with operations budget
•   Overseeing stock control and processing of orders
•   Ensure all quality ,Health and Safety Environment, budget ,Security etc. objectives are met
•   Development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives –ISO,SHEQ
•   Keeping control system up to date
•   Planning future capacity requirements
•   Producing periodic performance report and statistics on daily ,weekly and monthly basis

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Logistics Experience including at least 2 years in warehousing
•   Good appreciation of transport operations and associated
•   Good communication and negotiation sills
•   Report writing skills
•   Ability to give focus and clear directions
•   Ability to set new targets for operational excellence
