Job Summary

•   Reports to: Union Savings and Loans National Coordinator

DESCRIPTION OF SPECIFIC DUTIES

•   To recover loans in clearly defined districts in the Western region.
•   Ensure full settlement of all disbursed loans according to the repayment plans.
•   To collect account opening information of loan clients for accounts to be opened.
•   To submit timely and accurate reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
•   Any other duties assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree or HND in a business related discipline,
•   Two years experience in a similar role.

•   Organizational skills, Communication skills, Critical thinking and Problem solving skills, Leadership skills, Time Management skills, Interpersonal skills.
•   Computer applications -, MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project
•   Knowledge in credit administration
