A progressive and forward looking company dealing in earth-moving equipment for the construction and allied sectors in looking for highly motivated and suitably qualified persons to employ as:- Workshop Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

•   Plans, organizes and manages the activities of the workshop and field services
•   Provides high-level technical support to the service staff to improve efficiency and quality of service given to the customers
•   Set up and implement controls, procedures and processes to ensure the efficient management of the workshop and field service activities.

Qualification Required & Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•   Minimum of HND/BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
•   At least 10 years experience in all service fields (preferably in similiar business), 5 years of which should be in supervisory positions
•   Ability to quickly learn the products and set up control systems for the workshop
•   High level of supervisory and communication skills
