A fast growing and reputable automobile company in Accra is inviting applications from qualified, experienced and self motivated candidates to occupy the position of:- Workshop Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Age: Between 35 and 50 years
•   Have a minimum of 10 years experience in automobile service industry
•   Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
•   Have a strong ability to multi-task and possess strong administrative and training capacity to manage a team of between 40 to 100
•   Should have the knowledge and ability to analyse mechanical and electrical components using modern automobile diagnostic equipment (tools) and software e.g. SAP and Automate
•   Ability to work under pressure, long hours and with minimum supervision
•   Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day-to-day operations.
•   Be able to formulate a strong feasbile, cost effective budgetary plan for the Workshop
•   Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs
•   Provide oversight and check job estimates
•   Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the service Administration Manager
•   Work with the Service Administration Manager to respond to client's requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate
