Job Vacancy For Zonal Coordinator At Revsol



Role Purpose:

•   Responsible for business development to meet all business targets, human resource management, accounting and administration of the assigned zone.
•   Should achieve excellent results, good relationship with MMDAs, satisfied, efficient and articulate staff as well as effective reporting within the framework of RevSol’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Develop Business Plan for Management’s approval.
•   Implement operational policies and monitoring procedures so as to achieve a Business Plan.
•   Embark on Business Development trips to MMDAs within the zone in view of starting new locations.
•   Aggressively embark on follow-ups to reduce monthly receivables from Assemblies.
•   Institute regular performance meetings within your Zone.
•   Regularise all MOUs within the Zone.
•   Prepare and submit a monthly operational and performance report for all the locations within your zone latest 7th of the next ensuing month.
•   Coordinate/Supervise daily activities within the Zone.
•   Represent the Company in all meetings when necessary.
•   Any other duties/responsibilities assigned by your superiors.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND/Degree
•   Conflict management skills.
•   Planning and organisational skills.
•   Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•   Very good interpersonal skills
•   Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects.
