A. Academic Qualifications

•  A minimum of Bachelor's Degree Accounting / Finance / Statistics / Mathematics with 4 years experience in banking operation Or
•  Qualified member-CIB/ICSA with 5 years experience in banking operations. Partly qualified candidates with relevant experience may be considered
•  HND-Accounting / Statistics with at least 6 years experience in banking operations and a satisfactory career history may be considered
•  An MBA will be an added advantage

B. Other skills & Competencies

•  A high sense of integrity and a strong moral conscience
•  Analytical, organised and a good sense of initiative
•  Strategic thinker and team player
•  Strong Computer skill etc.
•  Deeper knowledge in the operations of rural banking
