Job Summary: To provide legal advice for efficient running of corporate business and ensure that statutory obligations are complied with.

Main Duties

Ensure compliance with all statutes in Ghana, act on behalf of and represent the company in legal matters in court, supervise the drafting and implementation of loan agreements, assignments, tenancy and mortgages, monitor the quality and registration of documents and liaising with external lawyers to handle contentious legal matters.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of law degree (LLB) with a minimum of 2 years experience at the bar and at least 1 year experience working in a similar role. Should possess satisfactory interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and should be results oriented.
