REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR Consulting Services for End Line Beneficiary-based Survey of the RING Project

The Cooperative Housing Foundation, doing business as Global Communities, has been selected by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to serve as the Prime Recipient for USAID RING Project Technical Assistance Contract. Global Communities is inviting qualified M&E firms with experience in conducting Surveys to submit their proposals for the subject activity based on this Request for Proposals.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

Interested organizations should submit their proposals, in electronic format in accordance with the language of the solicitation to the address specified. The proposals must be received electronically to grantsandcontracts@globalcommunities.org no later than Friday, April 5, 2019 at 12 midnight EST.

Responding firms are advised that this solicitation does not in any way obligate Global Communities to make a contract award or compensate the responding firms for any costs associated with the preparation and submission of their proposals.

Any questions or requests for information should be addressed by no later than 12 noon EST on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 to The Sr. Grants & Procurement Specialist (SGPS) via email at:

gakubia@globalcommunities.org. Any information given to one prospective offer or concerning this solicitation will be furnished to all such offer ors as an amendment of the solicitation.
