A highly reputable company which specialized in entertainment and gaming wishes to employ motivated and experience persons for
their branch in Accra. Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of:- Head Bar Man

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organise liquor according to bar standard
• Discussing all routine matters with food and beverage manager
• Personally helps with the preparation and taking of liquor and operating equipment stock
• Performs any other duty as requested by the food and beverage manager
• Supervising the clearing of the bar and helps when necessary
• Communicates with staff new brands and cocktails etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Should have at least 3 years working experience with a reputable bar
• Must meet the minimum serving age for alcoholic beverage
• Capable of mixing drinks according to the establishment’s recipes
• Capable of cutting fruit into slices to be used as garnishes
• Understand alcohol safety procedures to prevent over-intoxication
• Able to properly handle intoxicated patrons according to the establishments guidelines
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and monetary mathematics
• Capable of standing for several hours
