A leading pharmaceutical company is currently looking for an innovative, results oriented and self-motivated person to join our team as QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
JOB PURPOSE
Assist in the day to day running of the Quality Assurance Department
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaising with the regulatory bodies i.e. Food and Drugs Board, Pharmacy Council, Ghana Standard Board to ensure compliance to regulations and directives.
• Preparation of dossiers and other registration documents for product registration, dossier evaluation.
• Development and/or revision of documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, Batch Manufacturing Records, Master Formulas, Site Master File, Quality Manual, Validation and Qualification Protocols and other related documents.
• Recordkeeping and management of documents and files
• Carry out periodic QA audit and participate in Internal Quality Audits and Supplier Quality Audits
• Organizing seminars and in-house training programs for the staff on current Good Manufacturing Practices
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or other related sciences
• 1-2 YEARS in industry in similar field
