CUTraC Ghana is with a training centre with hostel facility for a non-banking financial institution. It is looking for highly motivated and qualified Ghanaian to fill a position at the company for a:-

Training Centre Manager

Job Location: Kasoa

Main Duties & Responsibilities

. Responsible for the overall co-ordination of activities at the Training Centre Complex.
. Supervise all categories of staff of the centre
. He / She should be capable of writing proposals for the centre
. Draw training programmes for the centre
. Co-ordinate all on-going programmes at the centre
. Facilitate promotion of the centre
. Undertake any other related duties that maybe assigned

Person

Must be able to work with little or no supervision. He / She must be a team player and be able to work under pressure.

Qualification

. A Degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Education is required
. A second degree will be an added advantage.
. Knowledge in curriculum development is an added advantage
. Prior knowledge and experience in a similar job is highly recommended
