A reputable modern construction technology innovation company has the opportunity to do mass housing in Ghana and within the sub region.

The company is seeking to recruit energetic Civil Engineers to train them into middle level project managers for the said projects.

Applications are welcomed from potential candidates to be shortlisted, interviewed and trained into experts in the use of the said technology for the mass housing project

The company intends to train qualified engineers into sub contractors and assign them projects to execute under the guidance of the project engineer.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Employ and lead a team of craftsmen in building the assigned units.
• Train and/or impart knowledge to craftsmen in the course of the works
• Coordinate with the project managers for a successful completion of the works.
• Maintain the highest quality standards required for the projects.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Bsc Civil Engineering
• Three years practical site management experience
• Team player and ready to manage a medium sized construction team
• Ready to relocate temporarily out of the country.
• Interested in innovative technologies in the construction industry.
• AutoCAD and any project management application will be beneficial.,
• Must be capable of interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
