Minimum Education Qualification

. Degree in information Technology from relevant institution.

Experience

.  At least 1 year working experience with T24 software skills.

The following skills will be an added advantage

. Windows Server Administration
. Networking installation and management
. 4th generation programming languages eg. VB, C++, etc.
. Database management eg. Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Access, etc..

Duties

. Head of I.T Department
. Server Operating system administration
. Handling basic local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) Administration issues.
. Offering first level support in Temenos T24 banking application
. User support
. Anti-Virus management
. Hardware management
. Backup and restoration
. Management of Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
. Internet and worldwide web management
